What is the purpose of the Master Association?
The Master Association is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all of the Common Areas and boating amenities in The Inlets. This includes an extensive fresh- and salt-water canal system with over 27,000 linear feet of canal walls. Eleven crane hoist lifts transport members’ boats from fresh-water storm water management canals into the Manatee River. Other amenities include a tennis/pickleball court, playgrounds, nature walks, kayak runs, and green spaces. The Association maintain community standards, manages shared amenities, promotes boating safety, and fosters a sense of community among residents.
How can I access the founding documents?
Founding documents can be accessed through our website under the ‘Documents’ section. Non-members can view these documents to understand the association’s rules and regulations.
What are the community rules?
Community rules are established to promote a harmonious living environment. They cover aspects such as property maintenance, and use of common areas, ensuring all residents can enjoy their homes and shared amenities.
What is the difference between The Master Association, The Inlets Homeowners Association, The HarbourWalk Homeowners Association, and The Reserve?
Every member/resident belongs to two Associations. Every member belongs to The Master Association which is responsible for boating and canals and common areas. Depending on the address, every member also belongs to a sub-association which is responsible for rules concerning individual residences, mailboxes, streets, etc.
How can I get involved in the HOA?
Getting involved in the HOA can be done by attending meetings, volunteering for committees, or participating in community events. Your input is valuable in shaping the future of our community.
What are the membership fees?
The annual assessment for budget year 2025 was approximately $1200.
